Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries.
Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in
mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins

Chair massage is designed for people who are in need of massage but pressed for time, stressed at work or need an affordable, quick massage. They also can be used as incentives or a great addition to your health and wellness programs at work. You stay completely clothed and sit relaxed in a forward facing chair designed to take the stress off the body while your back and upper body are massaged. Paraffin treatments are designed to increase circulation in the hands and feet. Pain relief may be obtained for arthritis, post surgical pain and over washed or used hands and feet. Can be added on to your massage services if advanced notice is given. . . .$20.00
SPA PARTIES can be requested with advanced notice. Great for Girl's Night Out, Weekend Get Away, Bachelorette Parties, Mother/Daughter Nights, Treat your Employees, you name it. All pricing to be determined by services provided. A basic venue cost of $30 for a two hour party will be included with your price, $10 per hour for additional hours. The venue charge will be waived if two or more rooms are booked with the party and if you book at least three rooms in conjunction with a Spa Party, you will receive a 10% discount on your rooms.

All Sessions are $35 for 30 minutes. Sessions may be scheduled back to back when available for $30/ each 30 minute increment. Jami has designed
these sessions for completion in a 30 minute time frame. Her home-grown herbs, stones, purposed candles, chakra boosters, and sachets are
available for purchase and may occasionally be provided at no extra charge to aid a Session. Essential oils are also available through
Rejuvenation Station and will be recommended according to individual need. Purchases are not required but are frequently recommended for holistic
healing.
