Every reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us as soon as possible. We have a two-week cancellation policy. If you cancel within two weeks of your arrival date, a $50 fee will be assessed. If you cancel within 24 hours of arrival, then you are financially responsible for your full reservation total.
If you reschedule your stay at the time of cancellation, the $50 fee will be assessed but applied toward your rescheduled stay.
Our basic premise is, upon making a reservation, you will be staying at our house, and we often turn down other requests for your room. We count on your arrival and payment just as much as you count on the room being available when you arrive!


Our house is strictly no-smoking inside. We do offer a deck off the second floor (where all of our rooms are) and a large covered porch off the first floor for smoking. A $250 cleaning fee will be applied to your total for any violation of our smoking policy.


Please give us a call as soon as possible regarding your lost or left behind item. If found, we will package it up and mail it to you as quickly as our schedule allows. Before sending the package, we will need a credit card to charge for the expenses that include price of postage plus packaging plus a $15 handling fee.
